6		Sponge cake dessert cups
6		Scoops strawberry ice cream
3	lg	Egg whites
	ds	Salt
7	oz	Jar marshmallow creme

Fill cups with the scoop of ice cream. Freeze until firm.

Beat egg white with salt until peaks form. Add marshmallow creme.

Spread on top of the ice cream.

Broil 3 minutes until golden. Watch carefully. Serve immediately.
